Participation

1. Only female can take part in the tournament.Team must have at least 3 players as citizens of one country, and 2 players can be citizens of others. If a team uses 2 standins, then 5 players (3 main and 2 standins) must be from one country and 2 players may be from other countries.

1.1. One player can take part only in the 1 region

Match Mode:

Game Mode - Competitive Mode;

Number of Players - 5 vs 5 team game;

Start Money - $800;

Win/Loss Condition - The team who takes 16 points first wins the game.

Competition Rules:

BO1 Map Selection Method: Determination of home team is by coin tossing or other methods with the same nature.

a). The home team bans the first map.

b). The away team bans the second map.

c). The home team bans the third map.

d). The away team bans the forth map.

e). The home team bans the fifth map.

f). The away team bans the sixth map.

g). The last map is the match map.

BO3 Map Selection Method 1: Determination of home team is by coin tossing or other methods with the same nature.

a). The home team bans the first map.

b). The away team bans the second map.

c). The home team bans the third map.

d). The away team bans the forth map.

e). The home team picks the first match map.

f). The away team picks the second match map.

In online qualifications WESG 2019-2020 will be used Map Selection Method 2.

Side Selection: A knife round will be played prior to the match start to determinate on which side a team has to start the match, the winner can pick his side.

Grenade Usage Rules

a). “Molotov” is allowed to use.

b). “Incendiary Grenade” is allowed to use.

c). Each team is allowed to buy up to 4 grenades per player per round.

d.) Maximum of 2 Flash Bangs are allowed to buy in the total of 4 grenades.

e). Maximum of 1 Smoke Grenade is allowed to buy in the total of 4 grenades.

f). Usage of more than 1 Smoke Grenade is illegal per player per round. (picked-up Smoke Grenade is exceptional)

c). net_graph forbidden（Has to be 0）(net_graph 1 is allowed during online qualifiers)

All the adjustment and setting should follow the principles of fair play. There will be strict punishment if referees or committee found players behave unfairly. Only the following changes are allowed:

Time-outs

For online qualifiers, teams will have 4 timeouts for 1 min on 1 map.

Prohibited Rules

Any types of script are not allowed except script for purchasing props and jump throw.

a). Any types of Bug against fair play.

b). Silent C4.

c). Irremovable C4, C4 that needed to remove by multi-players is not included.

d). Noclip command is prohibited. Crossing the wall or floor, walking in the roof and walking in the sky are prohibited.

e). Man-wall is allowed. Using man-wall to cause map’s texture, walls, ceilings or floors become transparent or penetrance are prohibited.

f). Accelerating or ascending by shooting teammates are prohibited.

g). Any character skins except CS: GO official skins are not prohibited.

Note: For violations mentioned above, 3 additional points to opponent for first-time violation. i.e. the score between team A and B is 16:14, team B will be the winner if team A violates the rules mentioned above. If the score between team and B is at 16:13, team A and B will have an overtime if team A violates the rules mentioned above. If the score between team and B is at 16:12, team A will still be the winner if team A violates the rules mentioned above. However, two violations in one game will directly lose the game.

Video Webcam and phone 

During online qualifiers, all womens are required to write video from webcam or phone, to prove that the women is playing. Video shouldn't be edited from several. The video should go in one stream, the girl's face should be clearly visible, and the gameplay should be visible on the video. Video recording should be stored within 48 hours and be given to the admin on first request. In cases where the video is missing the team gets those defeats.
