CS:GO is one of the disciplines that WESG has been including every year since the foundation of the tournament. This year's CS:GO Open Online qualifiers are scheduled from November 13 to November 30. Closed qualifiers are scheduled from November 21 to December 23. CS:GO Female open qualifiers are scheduled from November 17 to December 8.UCC will organize and host online qualifiers this year.

WESG has dropped the single nationality restriction from its rules for this year’s event. Now teams are allowed to have up to two foreigners on their rosters. This means that only three players have to be the representatives of the country.
CS:GO Online qualifiers are non-monetary. Participants will compete for the slot at WESG Grand Final.
Qualifiers’ Format
Online Open qualifiers with a Single Elimination bracket.
Online Closed qualifiers with a Double Elimination bracket.
Final qualifiers are played in Bo3.
Overall qualifiers
CS:GO qualifiers necessarily include 2 Open qualifiers, according to the results of which the teams advance to the Closed qualifiers or Final qualifiers.
CS:GO Female includes 2 Open qualifiers and Final qualifiers.
Open qualifiers Finals
Some regions do not have Closed qualifiers and 2 teams from the Open Online qualifiers advance to the Qualifiers Finals to compete for a slot at WESG Asia Pacific Final: South Korea и MENA.
Participants from Chinese Taipei will advance to the WESG China Final through Open qualifiers’ finals.
CS:GO Female qualifiers do not have Closed qualifiers in all regions. Europian Open qualifiers’ participants will compete at the Qualifiers Finals for a slot at WESG Grand Final.
Asian Open qualifiers’ participants will compete for a slot at the WESG Asia Pacific Final.
CIS Open qualifiers’ participants will compete for a slot at the WESG CIS Finals* for females, which will be held at the same time with WESG Russia for males. There will be a separate competition for male teams from Russia. The winners of WESG Russia will qualify for WESG Grand Final.

The number of teams that qualify for Closed qualifiers depends on the region.
In Closed qualifiers, teams from Open qualifiers and invited teams will compete for a slot at WESG Grand Final. The number of participating teams depends on the region.
Teams from the Asian Closed qualifiers advance to the WESG Asia Pacific Final.
